Creor Group was founded in 2001 by Bob Eminian as a virtual agency to link his marketing consulting practice with independent agency service providers and other respected consultants. The combination of talent and resources enables a concierge-like marketing service for business-to-business clients.
For 20 years as a corporate marketing executive and consultant, he’s led product and strategic marketing, product management, and marketing communications teams, successfully launching new products, services, and companies.
He helps businesses implement his Optrian™ marketing method, a three-decision-gate approach to marketing and the Product Passport™, Creor Group’s closed-loop product launch process. He also conducts marketing process optimization workshops, assists technology-related companies with market research and organizational development and is also available as an interim marketing executive and executive coach for businesses in the process of organizational development.
His experience encompasses semiconductor, OEM electronics, e-commerce, and enterprise software industries. Bob held executive management positions at Samsung, AMD, Empact Software, Avtron Manufacturing, and is on the advisory board of AriaDNA Systems.
Stephen Rowe, Consulting Partner

Stephen leads the innovation management consultancy, Stephen Rowe & Associates, a strategic consulting partner with Creor Group.
He concentrates on business planning, product development processes, and technology/patent strategies through his practice and in collaboration with Creor Group. Stephen’s technology clients include Adaptec, Kodak, Philips, Disney, Samsung, Ricoh, and Pitney Bowes.
Prior to forming Stephen Rowe & Associates, Stephen was managing director of the innovation management practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Previously he worked in executive product and business development positions at Xerox, IBM, and startup ventures in Silicon Valley.
He holds four patents and developed IBM's acousto-optic modulator for the world’s first laser printer. Stephen speaks frequently at industry conferences on innovation management topics.
Michael Johnson, Consulting Partner

Mike leads the sales training and personal growth consultancy, Michael Johnson Sales Solutions, a strategic consulting partner with Creor Group. He helps companies of all sizes and industries increase sales revenues through evaluation, training and coaching.
Mike understands the challenges that you face every day. During his 25 year career in sales, sales management, sales training and business management, Mike received many sales honors including top sales producer for one of America's most successful and admired companies. In October, 2003 Mike was selected as one of the world's greatest mentors, identifying Mike as an innovative expert whose skills, experience and record of success qualify him as an unsurpassed resource and mentor.
Prior to founding Michael Johnson Sales Solutions, Mike taught mathematics and electrical engineering at the University of Kentucky before launching a successful sales career of over 25 years. As a sales and marketing executive at GE, he developed and taught sales training. Mike left GE to become a partner in an electronics manufacturers’ representative firm and ran his own rep firm until he founded his training consulting business in 1999.
Mike is an officer of the Association for Corporate Growth and holds two US Patents.
